Once you have completed your course evaluations, your confirmation is sent to your Office 365 email account. The subject of the email is Curriculum Evaluation Confirmation.
If you do not see your confirmation, check your Junk E-Mail. If you don't see it there, check your Deleted Items to see if you inadvertently deleted it. If still not there, you may have already emptied your Deleted Items. If so, please see the article How To: Recover Deleted Emails in Office 365 to learn how to check and recover permanently deleted items.
If you have checked and still don't see the confirmation email, you can have the confirmation email resent. Go back to your Curriculum Evaluations, and next to your completed evaluations, click the Resend email button to have your confirmation email resent. You will have to do this for each evaluations.
