Where Are My Course Evaluations?

This article will assist you in finding your Course Evaluations. Course Evaluations are distributed electronically at the halfway point of each semester. Your course evaluations will be available on http://my.waketech.edu, the Student Portal. Once you complete your course evaluations, you will receive an email confirmation in your Office 365 email account. To access your email, go to http://mail.office365.com.

To Access Your Course Evaluations:

  1. Log into http://my.waketech.edu with your Key Account User ID and Password (the same User ID and Password you use for WebAdvisor and Blackboard).
  2. Once logged in, you will see a notification on the top of the page, indicating you have Course Evaluations to complete. Click the Complete Your Course Evaluation link to access your evaluations.


    NOTE:
    You can also access your course evaluations from the top navigation bar by moving your mouse pointer over Academics, and then clicking Curriculum Evaluations.

  3. On the next page, your course evaluations will be listed. Click the Evaluate Course button to begin the survey.
    NOTE: If you have more than one evaluation to complete, you will have to come back to this page to complete them.


  4. Follow the instructions to complete the evaluation. Once you complete the evaluation, you will receive an email confirmation in your Wake Tech Office 365 email account.

    NOTE:
    Please check your Office 365 email account at http://mail.office365.com. If you do not receive your email confirmation in your inbox, check your Junk E-Mail folder. If it's not there, you may have inadvertently deleted the email. In that case, check your Deleted Items folder. If the confirmation is still not there, you may have already emptied your Deleted Items.   5. Once you complete your evaluations, a timestamp will appear of when you completed the evaluation. To go back and view when you completed it, move your mouse pointer over Academics in the menu bar at the top, and click Curriculum Evaluations.

    NOTE: You can also do a screen capture of your completed evaluation timestamps. On your keyboard, press and hold the Ctrl key, and then press the Print Screen key (or PrtScrn). This will capture the screen. Next, open up Microsoft Word, and press Ctrl+V to paste. You can then save this document and forward to your instructor as proof of your completed evaluations.

    You can also have the confirmation email resent. Go back to your Curriculum Evaluations, and next to your completed evaluations, click the Resend email button to have your confirmation email resent. You will have to do this for each evaluation.

FAQs

  1. I don't see the notification that I have course evaluations. Where is it?
    If you don't see the notification, and it is past the halfway point of the semester, please check with your instructor to verify the course evaluation is active. If the course evaluation is active, you may have completed it already. At this point, check your Office 365 email for your email confirmation, or go to Academics | Curriculum Evaluations in the menu bar.

  2. Where is my email confirmation?
    Your email confirmation will be in your Office 365 email. If you don't see it in your mailbox, and you are sure that you completed your course evaluations, you may have inadvertently deleted the email. To check, go into your Office 365 email account, right-click on Deleted Items, and click Recover Deleted Items. For more information, please see the article How To: Recover Deleted Emails in Office 365.

    You can also have the confirmation email resent. Go to your Curriculum Evaluations by moving your mouse pointer over Academics, and click Curriculum Evaluations. Next to the evaluation you took will be a Resend email button. Click the button to resend the confirmation email.

  3. I made a mistake when I was filling out the course evaluation. Can I redo it?
    No. Once you submit the course evaluation, there is no way to retract it or have it sent again.
