If you're unable to log into your email account with your email address and password, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your email address is in the correct format (example: email@example.com).
NOTE: Make sure you have the dot between my and waketech (my.waketech.edu).
- Use the same password that you use for WebAdvisor, Blackboard, and my.waketech.edu.
- If you're still unable to log into your email account after following steps 1 and 2, reset your password at changepass.waketech.edu. Passwords do not expire, however it is recommended to reset to a different password.
NOTE: Please note that resetting your password will reset your password for all systems (WebAdvisor, Blackboard, etc).
