The following article will assist you in resetting your Key Account Password.

- Go to http://my.waketech.edu, and click the Reset my password link located next to the Password field on the main page.
NOTE: If you're already logged into My Wake Tech, you can move your mouse pointer over the Support menu, and click the Change My Password link.
- On the Password Reset and Account Activation Page, enter your Key Account Login, Birthday (MM/DD/YYYY format), First and Last Name, and your Wake Tech ID Number. Click the Submit button.
NOTE: If you're unsure of what your Key Account Login is, click the link What's my User ID? located underneath the Key Account Login field. If you're unsure of what your Wake Tech ID Number is, click the link What's my ID Number? located underneath the Wake Tech ID Number field.
- On the next page, you will be prompted to answer one of your security questions. Before you can reset your password, you must answer your security question correctly.
NOTE: The answer to your security question is case-sensitive.
NOTE: If you have not selected your security questions, you will need to select and provide your answers for them. For more information and assistance on how to do this, see the article How To: Set My Security Questions and Answers.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field located on the left-hand side, and enter your new password again in the New Password Again field located on the right-hand side. Then click the Submit Password Change button.
You will be notified of whether or not you reset your password successfully.
